My Thoughts About Apple’s 2020 KeyNote

Down to the current Pandemic “COVID-19” the Apple Keynote wasn’t as it would normally be at the Steve Jobs Theater at Apple Park packed out with people filled with excitement to see what Apple has been up to. As always Tim Cook “Apple CEO” started the keynote what then followed with other members of the team talking about other things like the new Apple Watch S6 and the new iPad Air.

What’s New On The Apple Watch S6

The Apple Watch S6 looks amazing and the new bands that Apple has brought out look amazing.

  • Blood Oxygen | “Your blood oxygen level is a key indicator of your overall wellness. It can help you understand how well your body is absorbing oxygen, and the amount of oxygen delivered to your body. The remarkable new sensor and app in Apple Watch Series 6 allow you to take on-demand readings of your blood oxygen as well as background readings, day and night.”
  • New sensor & New insights | “The new blood oxygen sensor is made up of four LED clusters and four photodiodes. Incorporated into the completely redesigned back crystal, this new sensor works in concert with the Blood Oxygen app to determine your blood oxygen level.”
  • Deeply illuminating. Green, red and infrared LEDs shine light onto the blood vessels in your wrist | “The new blood oxygen sensor is made up of four LED clusters and four photodiodes. All the things that Apple have added to the Apple Watch S6 are amazing and even more things that can help people improve their lives and stay connected by one little thing on your wrist.

Now Let’s Talk About iPad Air

I’m not a big fan about iPads I feel like their trying to overtake the Mac’s and Macbooks but one thing I do like about iPads is that they are amazing for people who attend school and college.

I prefer Mac’s and MacBooks as they are better also I run a Social Media and Admin Department so the Apple MacBook has everything I need on it and it still works like it did on day one. Also, Apple is now bringing out big updates for Mac’s and MacBooks.

The new iPad Air isn’t the first iPad Air that has come out and if I’m not mistaken they have now brought out 4 or 5 iPad Airs. I think they should go back to the drawing board and come up with some news.

  • An all-screen design with a stunning 10.9‑inch Liquid Retina display

  • Featuring fast, easy and secure Touch ID

  • powered by our most advanced chip ever
    A14 Bionic

  • Available in Sky Blue, Green, Rose Gold, Silver and Space Grey

iPhone 12

Oh, wait, Apple never realised…

As I’ve already said it wasn’t the same down to COVID-19 but it was still great to watch and to see what Apple has been up to and working on. I wish they still added the iPhone as they do on other keynotes even if that meant having to wait a little longer to get it.

I feel like Apple could have added a few more things to their keynotes and not keep based just on the iPad and Apple Watch but don’t get me wrong the iPad and Apple Watch looks cool and I like the new bands that Apple has released for the Apple Watch.

I’m not 100% sure if I’m getting the Apple Watch just yet but knowing me I probably will the iPad I’m not getting I’ve had 1 or 2 iPads before and they are great but they don’t do what I want them to do, unlike my Apple MacBook dose.

Hopefully in next years Apple’s Keynote we can see it and watch it how we normally would do when it’s packed with people and you see the team come out on stage to talk about whats been going at Apple. I can’t wait to see what Tim and the team at Apple have been working on with the iPhone 12 whenever that comes out.

I hope you all enjoyed this blog post and I hope you’re all stay safe while we continue to deal with this pandemic and challenging times and let’s continue working together to beat this pandemic and get back real normal
